The process of accepting articles
Note: Due to the financial support of the magazine, the authors are not required to pay any fees for the time being, and the items mentioned in paragraphs 2 and 16 are excluded until further notice.

The author uploads the article in the journal system, along with the certificate of scientific authenticity of the article, the conflict of interest form and uploading all the necessary files. As soon as the article is uploaded, both in the journal system and in an e-mail, the author will be notified of the way to communicate with the executive director, and it will be emphasized that if for any reason (such as possible problems with the journal's email sending systems or...) no news is received from the journal within the next month If they did not, how can they be aware of the workflow of their article to prevent any problem from occurring. Also, it is emphasized that in order to know the status of the article, they can follow the situation directly by entering the system.
The author is asked to pay the initial review of the article in the amount of one hundred thousand tomans. Until this deposit is made, the possibility of any action on the part of the magazine on the article is excluded. Depositing the amount means that the authors are ready to cooperate with the journal in various stages of the article's workflow. Authors have ten days to deposit this amount after receiving the deposit letter. If the deposit is not made within this period, the article will be removed from the workflow.
After depositing the amount, the article will be reviewed by the editor within one day, and the necessary instructions will be issued for follow-up. This review includes various aspects such as compliance with the mission of the journal, the possibility of impersonation of the authors, the possibility of the authors being familiar with a certain referee and the necessity of not sending the article to that referee, and everything like that. In some cases, this review may be a bit longer depending on the particular case of the article. The final order of the editor will be issued to follow up the work of the article within a week.
Within one day of the editor's order, the executive director reviews the article in terms of its overall compatibility with the mission of the magazine, as well as in terms of the appropriateness of the composition of the article with the magazine.
If the article is not in harmony with the journal's mission, within one day from the date of the editor's order, the author will be notified, and the article will be removed from the workflow. At the same time, the author is requested to send his reasons in writing through the journal's email whenever he still thinks that the article is compatible with the journal's mission for any reason. If the author does so, the executive director of the journal will discuss the reasons with the editor and the appropriate decision will be made to return the article to the workflow or reconfirm its rejection due to non-compliance with the structure of the journal.
At this stage, the executive director checks the articles in accordance with the magazine's mission in terms of compatibility with the magazine's format. If the structure of the article is not in harmony with the structure of the journal articles, which is included in the style sheet on the first page of the journal website, the author will be asked to modify the structure. The author has ten days to complete the corrections or announce his plan to correct the article through the journal's email and ask for more time.
Within a day of resubmitting the article by the author, the executive director will once again measure the degree of conformity of the article with the structure of the journal articles. If the author has not made any corrections in the structure of the article, the author will be contacted by phone to inform him of a possible problem (such as wrongly uploading the original file of the article). If the author deliberately did not make the corrections, the article will be removed from the workflow with a "non-acceptance" clause. If, despite the corrections, some inconsistencies are still observed, the article will be returned to the author with the executive director's comments to modify the structure. In cases where the author feels that some inconsistencies are inevitable, the problem is resolved through telephone exchange of experiences or correspondence through e-mail of the journal, and efforts are made for the author to make a suitable decision with the agreement of the executive director.
After uploading the transfer document in the journal system, within one day, the executive director will appoint two referees for the article in consultation with the editor and weighing the referees' conditions in terms of expertise and opportunity. The judges have one week to see the article. They have morally committed themselves if they do not have time for any reason, to announce as soon as possible so that the article is not delayed. Also, if they know the author of the article for any reason, they are requested to refrain from judging and raise the issue with the executive director. If in contact with the referees it turns out that the author is the same person they know, the article will be assigned to another person for refereeing. If it turns out that the author is other than someone they know, the possibility of plagiarism of the article will be investigated more closely.
If the referees do not judge within the stipulated period (one week), they will be contacted, and their schedule for judging will be asked.
After receiving the answers from two referees, if both referees agree on the definitive rejection of the article or the author does not get at least 40% of the average marks of the referees, the definitive rejection of the article and its rank will also be announced to the author. If the referees ask for partial corrections or a general revision, the stricter opinion of the application, and the level, will be announced to the author. If the opinions of two referees were seriously different from each other (for example, one had given a partial revision and the other had given a definitive rejection), the article will be sent to the third referee.
After obtaining the opinion of all the judges and making a final decision based on the acceptable opinion of the majority of them, the article is returned to the author for possible corrections or to respond to the criticisms of the judges or to apply the author's desired edits. The author has ten days to correct the article or announce his plan for correction to the journal and ask for more time to correct the article.
After revising the article or replying to the criticisms, if the author was asked for a general revision in the previous stage, the article will now be sent again for review to the referee who gave the lowest score to the article. If the reviewer approves the article, the article goes to the next stage. If the reviewer does not want to participate or is late for any reason, the article will be sent to another reviewer with the opinion of the editor.
The article is reviewed by the scientific and literary editor of the magazine before being sent to the editorial board. If corrections could be requested from the author that would increase the quality of the article for presentation in the editorial board meeting, those corrections would be requested from the author in the form of comments. If necessary, reminders are also given to him by phone. Its purpose is to increase the quality of the articles, so that the authors are aware of the kind of view of the editors of the magazine and the precise accuracy from their point of view. The article should be prepared in such a way that it can be used by a wide range of audiences as much as possible. The use of terms, the way of expression, the arrangement of the content, and everything of that kind should be consistent with this purpose.
The article is sent to the editor. At this stage, all members of the editorial board can see the article and see the pre-reviewed and post-reviewed versions, and reviewers' comments; But the names of the authors are hidden from them. The members of the editorial board have ten days to announce their opinion. In order to accept the article, at least five members of the editorial board need to declare their opinion. After announcing the opinion of this number, a decision is made based on the opinion of the absolute majority of the people who have announced their opinion. If one of the members of the editorial board was among the authors of an article, the decision about that article will not be made in the editorial board meeting with his presence, and the article will not be presented to him for commenting and viewing the referee records.
If the article is rejected by the opinion of the majority of the members of the editorial board and is considered to lack the necessary quality or is not considered a priority for publication, the authors will be notified and the article will be removed from the workflow. If the editorial members approve the article and ask for minor corrections, or some of them ask for general corrections, the corrections will be asked from the author. If some members of the editorial board requested general corrections and at the same time the majority opinion was in favor of accepting the article, those corrections will be requested from the author and after the correction, the article will be sent to that member of the editorial board for approval. In any case, the article can be published when at least 5 members of the editorial board have commented, and at least 4 members have approved the article.
After the approval of the article by the members of the editorial board, the article passes the final acceptance stage. Now the authors are required to pay the article acceptance fee in the amount of 3,500,000 Rials.
After depositing the amount and uploading the definitive document in the system, the article will be uploaded in the journal system (section of articles accepted for publication). At this stage, only the title of the article, the names of the authors and the abstract of the article can be seen online.
The article is submitted to the journal editors for scientific and literary editing. Authors will not be issued a certificate of acceptance; Except after the editors of the journal, by seeing the sources of the article, confirm the scientific authenticity and also the correspondence of its references and documents with the sources. If the author's cooperation is needed during the editing process, he will be asked for help.
Articles are edited gradually and based on the order of acceptance. If there are frequent errors in typesetting, handwriting, etc., the editor will return the article to the authors for correction. The editor reads the article line by line, evaluates the phrases in terms of the strength of the structure, eloquence, lack of fluff, consistency with other articles, the needs of the audience, the correctness of the referencing method, originality and scientific validity.
The editor sees the edited version of the article and informs the editor if he also wants correction.
An edited version of the article is sent to the authors for review, and they are asked to provide any comments.
After the authors approve the edited version, the article is returned to the journal editor for pagination. After pagination of the article, it will be published in the new issue of the magazine; Unless an article has been published by the author in the previous issue. In this assumption, the article will be considered for publication in the next issue, and except in special cases at the discretion of the editor, efforts will be made not to publish articles from the same author in two consecutive issues. If the author of the article was a member of the editorial board of the magazine, the publication of his article is subject to observing the restrictions on the publication of articles by the members of the editorial board based on the criteria contained in the regulations for the evaluation of articles notified by the Ministry of Science.
